Hill Country Replies is a service of Estrada Legacy LLC, Austin, Texas ("we"). By using this website or our services you agree to these terms.
We draft replies to Google reviews of your business and, if you choose, provide a one-time Google Business Profile cleanup. Replies are posted only with your approval. Details, price, and term for each client are in their service agreement.
You're responsible for the replies you approve. We only reply to real reviews and never create, buy, or solicit fake reviews.
Monthly fees are billed in advance after any free first month. The profile cleanup is a one-time fee. Fees for partial months aren't refunded when you cancel. Each client's service agreement controls if it says something different.
We provide the service "as is". We don't guarantee any change in ratings, rankings, review volume, or revenue, and Google controls its own platform.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.
Texas law governs these terms, with venue in Travis County, Texas.
